WHO Releases Guide for Age-Friendly Cities and Communities

The World Health Organization (WHO) released a new guide and toolkit on age-friendly cities and communities as a contribution to the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing (2021-2020). The guide is titled, “National programmes for age-friendly cities and communities, provides a clear framework for how such programmes can be established and sustained in every country to accelerate the creation of age-friendly environments: better places to grow, live, work, play and age.” To learn more, visit the WHO website.
